Upload the Following Documents:
Introduction Letter on company letterhead.
Copy of Valid ID (national ID, driver’s license,
international passport, etc.).
CSCS Statement
Signature Mandate
Board Resolution authorizing the name change.
Certificate of Incorporation
reflecting the name change.

Processing Fees: The name change process is free of charge. However, if there is a change or irregularity in your signature, a
processing fee of ₦500 must be paid for the verification of the Banker’s
Confirmation.
